We see people through God's invitation to the Banquet of Banquets (Luke 14:22-23). Therefore, we invite those who are far from Him to draw closer, and those who are near into deeper intimacy with Christ Jesus (Luke 14:22-23; Matthew 28:18-20).
Jahshua Global is an educational outreach ministry dedicated to prayer and equipping leaders through training and compassionate spiritual care.
We provide Christ-centered ministry that reflects God's redemptive love, fosters healing and resilience, and points people to Jesus Christ, the source of life.

Healing Ministry
As it is written in Luke 4:18–19:
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”

ISAAC JAMES SCHAEFFER
Founder & Ministry Director
Dr. Isaac James Schaeffer, PCC, is a minister, counselor, and clinical chaplain with over 35 years of service. He is the founder of Jahshua Global Ministries and has a diverse background that includes serving as a workshop presenter, performance coach, and motivational speaker.
He has led prayer seminars, provided pastoral counseling, and coached groups throughout the United States and the Caribbean. Over the course of his career, he has conducted professional research and delivered presentations on a variety of topics, including leadership, resilience, emotional wellness, forgiveness, and attachment. He is also the author of two books on relationships.
WENDY SUZZETTE SCHAEFFER, MS, SPHR

Wendy S. Schaeffer, MS, SPHR, is a capable and enthusiastic workshop leader, adjunct faculty member, performance coach, and career development expert. An experienced facilitator and teacher, she has facilitated learning outcomes in a wide variety of settings, including government, nonprofits, and churches.
Her background includes Christian ministry and working with youth and families. Wendy serves in the ministry with her husband and is the parent of six children. Together with her husband, she is a co-founder of Jahshua Global.

JP Gerona is a highly experienced professional in financial and systems management. At Jahshua Global, he is responsible for financial planning and business management, ensuring the fiscal soundness of the ministry while maintaining system integrity.
With his knowledge and skills, he will ensure that the ministry's financial resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to support our calling and mission under Christ.
