CARIBBEAN MEDICAL MISSIONS
The goal of the seminar is to partner with Caribbean healthcare centers, clinicians, and clergy to conduct Integrative Spiritual Care Clinics within healthcare settings, supporting the professional development of care team members and equipping them to provide spiritually integrated, holistic care to all patients.
GIFT OF HOPE PACKET
HOPE Packet: Participants will receive a HOPE Packet containing a stethoscope, selected resource books, and materials designed to support ongoing learning and patient care. The seminar also includes a meaningful Blessing of the Hands Ceremony, recognizing and affirming the sacred role of clinicians and clergy as compassionate caregivers serving their communities.
MEDICAL STAFF: PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
A Professional Seminar in Integrative Spiritual Care for Clergy and Ministry Leaders: This seminar equips pastors, chaplains, ministers, spiritual-care providers, and other faith leaders with practical, evidence-informed tools for preventing burnout, recognizing and responding to trauma, navigating grief and bereavement, strengthening resilience, and compassionately accompanying individuals and families through suffering, uncertainty, transition, and healing. Led by qualified and certified professionals, the training promotes an integrative, whole-person approach that addresses the physical, emotional, social, cultural, and spiritual dimensions of care. Participants will develop the knowledge and skills needed to create sacred spaces for honest reflection, honor the dignity of every person, communicate compassionately, and provide trauma-informed spiritual care that is respectful and responsive to diverse cultures, religious traditions, beliefs, and life experiences. Guided by God’s call to serve, this seminar seeks to prepare ministry leaders to nurture wholeness, connection, hope, resilience, and healing in the individuals, families, congregations, and communities entrusted to their care.
