Dr. Isaac James Schaeffer is a minister, pastoral counselor, clinical chaplain, educator, and author with more than 35 years of experience serving individuals, families, groups, and communities.

His experience spans healthcare, law enforcement, congregational ministry, education, and community-based organizations. He provides whole-person spiritual and emotional care, with specialized experience in Trauma ICU chaplaincy, grief and bereavement counseling, crisis intervention, spiritual assessment, end-of-life care, resiliency coaching, and supporting patients and families through complex medical and ethical decisions.

Specializing in whole-person spiritual and emotional care, Dr. Schaeffer brings clinical expertise to high-stakes environments. His background includes specialized experience in Trauma ICU chaplaincy, grief and bereavement counseling, crisis intervention, and spiritual assessment.

Driven by a passion to support fellow caregivers, Dr. Schaeffer is the founder of Jahshua Global, an educational outreach ministry designed to equip and strengthen those who care for others. He holds a doctorate in practical ministry and theology and is also the author of three published books exploring intimacy, love, and forgiveness.
